Alandaluz is located besides the beach, on a privileged natural area in Ecuador. "Winged city of light" is inspired by the idea of living in a healthy alternative community, self-sufficient through the practice of organic agriculture, with a close working relationship and dedication to the neighboring communities.
We are inspired by the desire to create a space where beauty, harmony, a respect for nature's laws, a sense of community, responsibility for the present and future life on this planet and the coming of new generations, all interplay.
From the beginning we tried to demonstrate that the alternative thing is productive, that the ecological thing is possible, that the porjects with sustainable strategies of long term are wiser and profitable than the projects predators of short term.

ALANDALUZ LODGE
In order to please to our frequent guest and all kind of customer's necessities Alandaluz has been developed a different kind of accommodations based in bio-architectonic designs with different type of bathrooms where we applied organic and water recycling systems.
Seaside rooms (Veraneras)
Spacious rooms with double beds and roll away bed, fire place and balcony. Private ecological bathroom (compost toilets) and hot water shower.
Tower mini-suites (Torecilla)
Gracious rooms with two beds plus roll away bed, fire place and balcony. Private conventional bathroom with hot water shower.
Central area cabins (Sta. Rosa)
Comfortable cabins with two rooms and three beds. Private ecological bathroom (compost toilets) and hot water shower. Sea view cabins (Colinas) Located few steps away from the reception just on the hill with a great view of Alandaluz beach and the complete complex. Cabins with two separate rooms equipped with one double bed and two single beds in total Private conventional bathroom with hot water shower
Share bathroom system
Due high demand of lodging for lonely travelers we develop a share bathroom system cabins, there are located on to Alandaluz Hills (Colinas) and offer the same comfort and privacy as the rest of our cabins. These rooms have a maximum accommodation of two persons in a double bed or two single beds with one bathroom for each two rooms.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Alandaluz is located near to Machalilla National Park, where you can see the marvelous eco-system of dry tropical forest and also where ancient cultures lived 8000 years ago. Average temperature: 26 centigrade degrees Average rain a year: 424 cubic millimeters Energy supply: 110 volts Recommendations: Special care with mosquito bites (repellent recommend) and sun burns.
